We don’t have a lot of rules but we adhere to a simple set of principals that makes comms transparent and beneficial for all parties involved.

Best Practices
- We post in public places where possible to support transparency and discoverability
- We try and “think out loud” in appropriate channels for actionability
- We use the Canvas feature for projects to promote fluid timeline visibility
- We use the Pin feature for items or conversations that will be pivotal or revisited often
- We use a bolded subject line for important updates so they’re easy to scan
- We try to use threads to organize discussions to avoid cluttering the channel
- We include deadlines and @mentions with all requests to promote accountability and clarity
- We trust each other to complete asks in the time frame that was requested
- We give clear direction when looking for feedback on project specifics, using the following…
- What are the next steps?
- When do you need feedback?
- What input have you had from the client so far?
- When is the deadline or next meeting?
- We love an emoji reaction
